La Vive Studios fees are paid per term (10 weeks per term) or casual payments are accepted each week on a casual rate. We also offer payment plans. If you have any queries about payment, please contact us.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Fees can be paid by direct deposit or in person at the Hastings Dance Centre where Eftpos facilities are available for your convenience. When paying by internet banking it is essential that a description is included with your payment; please supply the student’s full name and invoice number to ensure the correct account is credited. Any outstanding fees from last year must be paid before enrolment is accepted.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE

This annual registration fee is payable on signed application to enrolling your child into our dance school. This fee covers a number of costs including costumes for eisteddfods and annual concerts, insurance and copyright. 

CLASS FEES

Parents/carers can elect to pay for their child’s tuition either by the term or by the week. Paying by term will give you a $2.00 discount per class per week. It is important for weekly payers to note that the fee is payable, even when their child is absent. This is to ensure that their child retains a place in the class. There is no refund or credit on missed classes, make up classes are available on any class suitable for your age. 

PRIVATE LESSON FEES

Fees for private lessons must be paid before the commencement of each term. Private lesson makeup times are only available once a term. Please phone ahead if your child cannot make a private lesson.

RAD EXAMINATIONS

Examination fees change regularly, please consult your child's teacher or the front office if they wish to participate in an RAD examination. 

GROUPS FOR EISTEDDFOD PARTICIPATION FEES

Each class has the opportunity to perform in an Eisteddfod at some point in the year, most groups are rehearsed outside of the normal class time so should you wish to participate in eisteddfod group work, there is a small fee for this group entering. Please understand this is a real commitment to attendance as it involves a lot of other student and parent dedication to attend the rehearsals of this work.
